Payment Support

▷ Diversified Payment Options

To ensure efficient transaction processing, we support the following internationally recognized payment methods:

  • T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): The standard method for global procurement. We offer multi-currency accounts to reduce exchange loss and processing time.
  • L/C (Letter of Credit): For large-volume transactions or infrastructure-related projects, we accept Irrevocable Letters of Credit at Sight. This ensures a risk-free environment for both the buyer and the seller.
  • Sinosure (Credit Insurance): As a premium trade partner, we work closely with China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation (Sinosure). For long-term clients with verified credit records, we can offer flexible payment terms such as O/A (Open Account) 30-90 days.
  • Online & Express Payments: For sample developments, small trial orders, or urgent air-freight shipments, we accept PayPalWestern Union, and Credit Card payments to expedite the process.

▷ Custom Transaction Structures

Given our cross-category operations, we apply specialized terms based on the nature of the project:

  • Standard Manufacturing: Usually 30% deposit / 70% balance against shipping documents.
  • High-Value / Machinery Orders: Milestone-based payments (Deposit / Mid-term Inspection / Final Dispatch).
  • In-Stock / Spot Commodities: 100% T/T before dispatch to ensure immediate shipping priority.

▷ Multi-Currency Support

To simplify global sourcing, we accept a wide range of currencies, including but not limited to:

  • USD (US Dollar)
  • EUR (Euro)
  • GBP (British Pound)
  • HKD (Hong Kong Dollar)
  • CNY/RMB (Chinese Yuan)

▷ Security & Anti-Fraud Protocol (Critical)

The security of your funds is our top priority. Please strictly follow these protocols:

  • Identity Verification: All bank details are provided only through official Proforma Invoices (PI) stamped with the Polywell Group corporate seal.
  • Fraud Alert: Polywell Group will never change bank details via temporary email or instant messaging apps. Any such notification should be treated as a security threat.
  • Confirmation: If you receive any suspicious payment instructions, please verify immediately with your account manager via a recorded video call or our official corporate hotline.

▷ Trade Compliance

We strictly adhere to Incoterms 2020 (FOB, CIF, DDP, EXW, etc.) and international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. All payments must originate from the company or individual listed on the purchase contract to ensure smooth customs clearance and tax compliance.
